Hi I've got a 1996 2L celica with a starting issue I've changed the fuel pump and still not starting it just cranks any idea what to try?

Maybe you do not have enough air.
Have you changed the air filter and cleaned the MAF sensor?

Try a sprits of starting fluid in the airbox. If it does NOT fire you have an electrical issue. If it does, then you have a fuel related issue.
