I see them all over for 12-13k. With about 30k miles. Are these good deals?

Yes, 2017 - 2019 has the Toyota Safety Sense Accident Avoidance System. Caveat is 2017 has the version 1.0 and 2019 has the newer 2.0. Like Scotty said, don't buy salvage as I see quite a few on CL. The S and SE trims looks nicer with the alloy wheels but you save more on the conventional LE trim.
