Hi Scotty I have a question and would like your input in this. I haven't taken it to a mechanic yet but I noticed that every time I start my xterra ( on its first start from setting maybe for a few hours 5-7) i noticed that there's always about 2-3 liters of water that drip from the muffler ( there a tinny pencil size hole in the muffler from where the water leaks from) and only less than half a cup actually leaks from the exhaust tip.
I am starting to get concerned. But note that my xterra runs with no issues starts up in the first crank, idles like a brand new car. My parents' 2018 ford edge with 30 thousand miles idle much louder than my xterra and it's 20 years old haha. I owned my Xterra for a whole year and took many long distance trips and taken it extreme off-roading and never once has it ever failed me or overheated. I bought it with 215,00 thousand miles. I'm at 245,000 thousand now. But it was nowhere in the shape I bought it, i bought it with two misfires ( it was just bad spark plug hardness) and other minor issues that bad car owners never maintained but the engine is strong.
If you can please help me figure this out much appreciated
Specs
2011 Nissan Xterra Se 4x4 3.2 liter V6 with 245,000 miles
no modification to the engine just a bigger radiator ( from the supercharged version) i was recommended to swap it if ill be off roading and taking long distance drive to camping locations.

Catalytic converters in there reaction to burn off fumes will actually create condensation. Only thing I would check is to see if you are steadily loosing engine coolant. If you developed a head gasket leak and are sucking in coolant to the cylinder that could create extra condensation.
