I can't remove the head block? I removed all the screws(Bolts), and I use a screw driver to the edge and it open but still stuck on both sides. I hit it with a mallet but it still stuck

Did you remove all the electrical connectors? AC and alternator brackets? pushrods?
Did you print yourself the service manual for the job? For serious engine work like this, you need to carefully follow procedures.
I did removed all of the components you just mentioned. All that is left is the head block.
