i have a neon expresso 1997
the drivers side rear wheel is wearing on the inside edge of he tire the tire looks pushed out a little from the car so its not straight up and down,nothing looks broken and all 4 wheels look rusted and bushings wore out needing replaced,but why is just this wheel pushed put from the bottom and no other wheel is?is there a quick way to make this wheel straight again so i can drive it tyo work until i can get another car?....also the speedaumeter gauge flickers on and off sometimes when i hit a bump,what causes this?

there could be a variety of reasons. Best have a mechanic look at the suspension. One question per post please.
