Scotty this is deadman1998 I'm looking at a 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager 3.3 liter engine can you tell me if they are good minivan I just need one for work hauling around stuff it has a hundred and Thirty-One thousand miles on it a used to be a former County government vehicle and it only cost $1,000

The automatic transmission is the weak point of those vans. If the one you are looking at has not been rebuilt, it is probably going to fail before long.

Since it was a county vehicle, they will have service records. Try going to the county garage and sweet talk them into sharing their records. A box of doughnuts might help.
