Hey Scotty. I have 1997 Toyota 4Runner with 270k my steering wheel doesn’t turn back when I turn it, also feels like it wonders on the road unless i pull it back. Any ideas on what it could be? I watch your all your live streams. I love the content you put out! If you can please help me, I’d really appreciate it!

Check the lower control arm. I would take the car to a good alignment shop and have them fix it.

Are your tyres wearing evenly?
As @yaser mentioned, you need to find a reputed alignment shop & have them check all the geometry.
