18 years old and bought a 2010 honda accord lxp at 95800 miles for $7900 for my first car. Did I overpay? Also any tips on maintaining it?

The price does not matter now, since you already got it. Regarding the maintenance, change the ATF and coolant if it has not done yet. Also, change the oil every 5k miles and keep up with regular maintenance.

Your maintenance schedule should be mentioned in your owner’s manual.
