I have a 1998 Chrysler T&C LX. I had my codes read and it lead to me having to get a TCM. Well this morning I went to crank it up but instead of it completely turning over its making a noise like the injectors are clogged or the fuel filter is clogged. There are 221k miles on it. What could this be?

What's the code?
P0700 and P0732
I had no prior issues with this vehicle plus I have not installed the TCM because I have to go pick it up since it was a vendor order

Have a pro mechanic who works on transmission check the car. Your transmission has some issues.
