Hi, I have a 1998 Ford Mustang V6, 70,000 Miles, The voltage Guage drops suddenly from 14 to 9 when at idle & low speed, generally when stopped at red light & when it's hot outside (Texas) it is sporadic & lasts for a few seconds and then bounces back to 14? Feels like serpentine belt slip, belt about 5 years old. What do you think? Thanks alot

alternator is probably seizing up
