Scotty, I have a 2000 grand marquis with 273,000 miles on it, the cold air stopped blowing and it doesn't blow hot air either, i tested the blower motor and it works and also checked for leaks on the AC unit and its full can it be the climate control unit ? Please help

it doesn't blow
on any speed setting?
Did you check fuses?
i tested the blower motor and it works
