Bought my son a 1998 2.5 4 cyl Ford Ranger. Has run fine up until it's got cold weather. It has 140,000 miles on the truck. It stumbles and even stalls on start up and idle. Replaced ICV. Checked plugs and wires. Have looked for vacuum leaks with no luck. What else could be causing this issues. Thank you

Change the fuel filter and pressure test the fuel pump.
