1998 Honda accord lx 4 cylinder. Code is p0740. It says its TCC solenoid circuit.
With the P0740 code am I going to have to get a new transmission or rebuild that one or service or replace the torque converter? Probability problems with the car is hard shifting and after driving for a while doesn't want to go into gear or go over 15 mph

Chances are though that the transmission is shot and not worth replacing in a 26-year-old Accord.
