My radiator blew so I changed it and now if the car is running the fans are running, also it idles really hard now I can’t figure out why.

If your engine overheated when the radiator blew, then you might have a blown headgasket. That could explain the rough idle, and maybe the fans being on, if the computer thinks the motor is running hot.
