Have a 1999 honda crv automatic tranny with 140000 miles in solid shape. I do not know if it has ever been changed. Tranny shifts great except for when i do a rollling stop it shifts hard into 2nd. Should i drain and fill? Ive read mixed answers on it.

I would drain and replace filter and fluid but it may already be too late.
