stiff turning and noise. changed pump still noise, cleaned reservoir still noise, added lucas and ssynth fluid still noise. Can Scotty diagnose my problem if his arms was tied behind his back? just asking.

Yea your power steering rack is starting to go out and honestly at this point your van is not worth fixing. Scotty's talked about it multiple times those Vans are some of the worst vans you could possibly own. You are better off selling that thing and build something else but even if you fix the power steering issues which will cost you some serious money to replace something else will fail on the car and you'll be back to fixing a van that is pretty much worthless.
