I’ve got a Ford Ranger 4.0L OHV with a tick and I’m wanting to try and tackle the fix but don’t want to be chancing the wrong thing. Forms I have read say it’s probably worn pushrods and rocker arms. I will attach a video of what it sounds like. What do you think it is and what would you go after changing in terms of a fix.

Well it could be lifters too. The only way you're going to be able to know is by pulling the valve cover off and checking the parts inside to see if the rocker arms and push rods are worn or not. Generally, the lifters go before the rockers
