i just found out theres a gps tracker plug into obd plug. bought it used 2 years ago, car pay off now. i just unplug it yesterday. i should unplug it early, which i didnt known. will it hurt anything. computer stuff?

It should not hurt anything. OBD is for diagnostics, not for devices being attached for a long time

It may have been a fleet or rental vehicle, and they forgot to take it out when they sold it.
