1999 honda accord v6 misfire when started up again after a long drive in the sun

Hello folks, this 1999 accord 3.0L with 227k miles misfires when started up again after being fully warmed up, and a new Idle air control valve did not permanently quiet the moving idle problem I had as well. It doesn't have a jumping idle all the time now with a new ISUMO iacv and not OEM. The valve made it idle lower sadly which isn't high a enough amount for the AC system to run except it doesn't always have a jumping idle now, and when you run the AC system it shuts it up. What does all this mean?

Since it's in accord the first thing I would do would be have the valves adjusted Honda valves need to be mechanically adjusted those probably never have and that's exactly what will happen if the valves are out of adjustment

There's an adjustable screw on the throttle body with sealant over it.

The IACV has no adjustment on itself. Don't know If i should use OEM and lower the Idle with that back on.
