Okay I have a 1999 Honda Odyssey and my TCM wasn't communicating with the scanner so I've replaced the tcm and try to do a reset or reprogramming by disconnecting my negative connector on my battery and putting a towel over the connector and hooking up the jumper cable red clamp onto both the positive and negative cable from the car and left it for 15-20 minutes and I'm still having issues my car starts and I can feel it going into gear but when I press on the gas nothing happens

Unfortunately even in 1999 Honda's required reprogramming to make them work find a Honda mechanic that can do that on your car
