2010 Accord 3.5 V6, changed the belt and tensioner thought that It would resolve the sound but it didn't. Don't know whether this sound is normal or not.
I am the original owner of the vehicle and it only has 50000 kilometres on the odo. Oil changes are done regularly.
Can this sound be loose valves? Please help 🙏

Remove the drive belt and see if the noise goes away or not.

Look up "Honda V6 timing belt tensioner noise".
Get a cheap mechanics stethoscope to rule that out.

Check for loose exhaust manifold and valve adjustment.
