1999 Lexus ES300 Intermittingly stalling

I have a 1999 lexus es300 that stalls randomly during idle or while driving. The car can start back up right after it stalls but does stall again. The car can run for 10 minutes to 40 minutes before stalling, its random. When the car does stall, all electrical components are still working fine. Ive changed the MAF sensor and that helped with giving the car a better idle but will eventually stall again. There are no CIL codes. Ive also cleaned throttle body with carb cleaner.

Check for vaccum leaks but it does not sound like this is the problem... has this car got an idle control value ?

Sorry never work on this car before?

@klob
yes it has a idle air control valve. I have sprayed some carb cleaner into there as well while cleaning the throttle body. I think i might remove it to inspect it. Im wondering if its an electrical problem. because I noticed that the fuel pump relay on the fuse box has a burn mark on one of the blade insert spots. I have swapped out relays but still same result. Maybe the that wire is shorting out and then causing fuel pump to turn off?

Change the Fuel filter and then pressure test the fuel pump. If all good, you have electrical problem. Find a good mechanic to fix it.
