A toyota camry 2009 with 100 miles on the clock would be a good car for daily use?

Yes it could be, IF an honest mechanic checks it out & gives you the green light.

Definitely check the oil burning situation if it is has a 4 cylinder engine. Besides that, if your mechanic said it is ok, they should last a really long time.
