Hey, I’m a college student looking to trade my Nissan due to the cvt engine for either a 2012 Honda Accord or a Lexus around same year or older like maybe the IS350. Just want something as a reliable daily driver with parts that are easy and inexpensive to fix. Thanks!

Your a college student, why would you want to spend more money on a Lexus, get the Honda, work hard andhopefully as you get older you can can buy the Lexus.
Due to your inexpensive parts requirement, I’d go with the Accord on that one.
The Lexus will be, hands down, more reliable. However, the parts will cost you way more than the Honda.
I agree with the above comment. Get the Honda Accord but check the car With a mechanic before buying it. Also, if I were you, I would consider Honda Civics too and if you can drive manual, get that one. Much more fun and zip than Accord.
