Scotty, I have a 1999 ES300 with 162,000 miles on it, bought a year ago for $700. I've had a P0442 code ever since I bought it. The car runs fine. I've replaced the gas cap with a quality OEM cap, changed the spark plugs, PCV valve, and air filter. I've also run Techron through there on a 1/4 tank. If it's the charcoal canister causing the code, it seems like it wouldn't b e worth it to fix. Where should I look next?

Check the EVAP lines and purge valve too.
