The brakes Lexus SC430 failed the other day. While at a light, my foot slowly sank into the break until my breaks stopped functioning and I rolled forwards at a red light. Then while on my way to coach track and field my brakes completely failed while turning, no pressure at all. I took it to two mechanics and they can’t give me a definite answer on what’s wrong. He says it could be the ECU, ABS system, or master brake cylinder. It’s throwing the following codes, but there are NO lights on the dash.
C1223 ABS control system fault
C1252 Hydro-booster pump motor
C1256 Accumulator pressure low
you need to leave the car with the mechanic so they can find the problem. The car is useless without brakes anyway.
