Any opinions on a 1999 Lexus Rx300 @ 119,000 mls, looks like overall good condition?

My motto is "Don't believe anything you hear and half of what you see." Is this from a dealer or private party? They all look good when parked on the dealer's lot, but not so much when they are being towed.
