- Hey Scotty, my 1999 Miata 1.6 idles high at around 1600-1800 rpm, I let it run that way for about 10 minutes then when I pressed the throttle a couple times to about 2500-3000rpm I had a coolant leak. I had high idle before and then a check engine code p0507 and so I replaced the iac valve and the check engine hasn’t come back on but it remains at 1600-1800 rpm. Any suggestions? Thanks !
