have a question i have a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville sle transmission was just changed codes cleared car was sitting for almost 2 years before trans change new transmission is in now the car is very hard starting spitting through intake it takes long for the fuel injection to catch and it will run after warm, up but not like it was I'm getting code p1860 and p0300 my speedometer is bouncing like crazy and rpm gauge is 1000rpm higher then what it is. is my PCM bad or other things I have a code reader and I am an electronics tech also. any ideas where to look or what to test? or does this need a relearn? going crazy lol

If it sat for 2 years with no fuel stabilizer added chances are the entire fuel system needs to be cleaned out.
