My father has a 1999 Toyota Tacoma that he bought new and has always ran havoline 5w-30 conventional with a Fram oil filter. Over the past 3 years and 7-8k miles he has not been able to find this oil so he refused to change it. The truck has 260k miles and he finally used conventional pennzoil. Is there anything we can do to maybe clean the engine from the excess miles and time from the last oil change?

Sure you can get any engine oil flush like k&w in an auto parts store and just follow the directions on the can
