I ordered a in line transmission filter for my 2005 accord. It's an in line filter that sits on top of the tranny. I think the hose goes into the radiator. Any special things I should do, or just swap it?

Nope its simple just replace the old one and drive it a bit and make sure your fluid levels are constant after the swap.
