- 2004 honda 2.4 v-tec changed pcv valve and v-tec solenoid on the back side of block and it still pushing oil from the valve cover into the intake tube and into the throttle body. I thought maybe rings but doesnt smoke until enough oil goes into the intake . could valves needing adjusted do something like this ?
@amosp1983
That’s a crock,of s##t.....
Get a second opinion and have them verify what’s in there, if it’s wrong,
have it documented and seek the refund if wrong.
Not sure i understand
@amosp1983
What he means is take it to another mechanic with good reviews from the people you trust. Ask them to do a thorough diagnosis on the real cause of the problems and if the real cause is found out to be different, go to your previous mechanic and ask for a refund.
I did the work and racked my brain as to why it is still happening never toyed with one these hondas b4 just thought might be something i missedbbeing ready to scrap it
yes those guys seem like they don't know what they're doing valves isn't going to do that valve seals can make you burn oil but the valves themselves cannot get a second opinion from a good mechanic seems like the guys a clown
