How do I fix Camry rough idle

Hey Scotty, on a 2000 Camry with 220,000 miles four-cylinder automatic, I am getting the RPMs moving up and down at idle. The car also shakes. I had the car checked for vacuum leaks and one vacuum leak was found and fixed. I’ll personally removed and replaced the EGR valve. And I’m still getting shaking after both of those. Obviously the air filter is clean and the spark plugs are less than a week old. I cleaned  the throttlebody. I was going to try replacing the idle air control valve next. Along with the throttlebody position sensor and cleaning the MAF sensor. Do you think doing these repairs will solve my problem?

thank you!

It might. With your mileage, it's a good idea to do it regardless.
