2000 Chevy Impala 3.4 l removing valve cover and the back side and one of the screws is rounded off and I don't know how to get it out. Also I need the best advice on the easiest way to replace a crankshaft seal for oil leak what all parts should.

There are screw extractors that may work depending on the situation. Can you provide a photo?
