My boss is selling this car for $2000 he says he priced it at the lowest value on kbb the car looks good and it sounds very quiet he bought it for his son but his son is interning and he has to commute 3 hours back and forth so he his selling it is this a good deal? Will this vehicle last? I know nothing about chevys or cars in general. The only issues he said it has was the radio and windows.
Clarification: How many years and additional miles (beyond the current 280,000 miles) do you need it to last you? How often was the engine and transmission fluid changed? Meticulous service records? Will it be a daily driver or an occasional vehicle you drive?

That is alot of miles for that vehicle. What are your needs from it? If you only want a few years and the car checks out it might be okay.
