I got in to a little accident and now my front driver side tire is bent out do you think its just a bent cv axle?

MORE than likely its just a bent rim. I would put the spare on now. Then go for a slow drive...and have someone or you watch to see if the rim is not wobbling..it if it than suspect that damage further from within has happened. But we don't know until you slap on the spare tire first. Your Stang does not have any CV axles...it is rear wheel drive and the front hub is just a sealed bearing.
