bad news, my 2000 accord with 227k miles started having vibration over a bumpy road, then I realized at a red light it was the engine vibrating now once idling. I got towed home before it lost compression now.
I drained the oil and a little over a half gallon came out. changed the filter, and took out rusty spark plugs.
It didn't sound like it does when it misfired in the past, so I'm really scared now. What would you do now?
it did not sound like a rod bearing busted

Blown head gasket. Confirm it with a compression test.

forgot to mention it had an oil leak for quite some time. i thought it was coming down from the filter area, but it was tight.
