Hey Scotty,
I have a 2000 Chevy Impala, 3.8L V6, auto trans, only 75k miles, original owner in NJ. Drove it off the lot 11/99. Car runs and looks very good. My steering makes a low squeaking noise when I turn either way. What could that be and how can I get rid of it?

Check your fan belt for wear and proper tension and make sure there is enough power steering fluid in the pump.
