To repair the flex pipe, how much would it cost and is there an easy way of putting it on yourself?

I had one of those and yes you will need a welder and it will break again about every 3 years. I just sold mine a couple of months ago with 178,000 miles. Muffler man charged me about 150 dollars each time I needed the above mention repair.
I need a 2inch with a length of 6 inches, but only could get a 2 inch with 10 inches long so hopefully that would work
