Hi Scotty, love your channel, thank you for all the hours of entertainment.
I've got a 2000 Jaguar/Daimler which has been lying up since Dad passed on in 2014. It's a V8 4.0 ltr. Automatic, long-wheelbase, 60,000 miles. Body in pretty good shape. I got a quote of €2000 to give it a good look-over and to fix a few things to get it on the road. Do you think this car is a keeper? Like, will it be a valuable vintage at any stage? I see current prices at a paltry €7000.
( Btw, Insurance is €1800 and road tax is the same! )
Also, would it be worth converting to LPG, or some other fuel? Petrol is almost €2.00 per litre in Ireland.... !
Cheers
