My mothers van was acting strange last night. The vehicle was completely off; no keys in the ignition and the engine was off. But the cooling fans were running, the headlights were turning themselves on and off, the doors would lock and unlock randomly, and the car alarm would also go off randomly as well. Checked all the fuses one-by-one and they were all fine. Any clues or help would be greatly appreciated.

you've got some serious electrical issues.
Was the vehicle flooded? Did rodents get into it?
Somebody needs to check the control modules and wiring harnesses for damage, moisture ingress, corrosion etc.
