Huh? I understand each individual word but not the way they are put together. What won't code? Pushing off what?

Yes Chuck.car is manual tyranny.will start if you push car pop clutch.Has new battery.Orileys put tester to it.shows no codes.1 owner exc.maintiance

It manual tyranny you can push start the car.It will not show any codes at part store on the machine they use to ck problem.it has a new battery.

Sure sounds like your 23-year-old starter, or the cable going to it, is bad. Either that or your ignition switch is not energizing the starter solenoid. (There are of course no sensors for those kind of issues so naturally they would not trigger any codes.)
