The mechanic said my radiator broken on my 2001 Toyota Camry with 139k miles . Would it be worth replacing . The cost for the radiator and labor he said is like $385 . Is it worth fixing or selling the car ?

I would fix it. You can probably do the work yourself for around $100 as radiators for a Camry are readily available and there are YouTube tutorials to help you figure it out if its your first automotive repair. Just make sure you do not drive the car because the risk of overheating it and damaging other things far outweighs the inconvenience of using public transportation or a taxi for a couple days while you get the repair done.
