I have a 2001 Gmc Sonoma with 200k miles on it with a 5 speed manual transmission. I do not know if fluid was ever changed. Plan to use AC Delco synchromesh transmission fluid friction modified. Any good or bad thoughts on doing this? I searched your videos and only found your thoughts on automatic transmissions. Rob from Long Island

Check your owner's manual for correct lubricant for a MANUAL transmission.
