I changed my spark plugs and now the car won’t even make a sound. Not turning over, no clicks, nothing. What have I done?

Check the coil packs. It might help if you put a dab of dielectric grease on them.
Also check the electrical connectors to the coil packs.
More generally, retrace your steps. And make sure you have the right plugs.
