2002 Manual Transmission Camry, 235,000miles, V6 1mz-fe.
I bought some
Bosch Double Iridium Spark Plug Single FR7KII33X
On clearance. $3USD x 6 for the V6. NEW.
I only noted the service manual recommends TWIN Ground.
Will these still be good to use. They are Bosch BRAND.

Oh that dual electro job is just kind of a crazy engineering design. The spark plugs you bought will work perfectly fine. Please experiment with that crap but they don't do it anymore
