2001 civic ex manual 4 door sedan, miles 191,000 1.7L vtec
Car has what sounds like an Knocking/Grinding metal sound from near engine. I saw that it may be an Ac compressor/a pulley/a Belt/ power steering or the Engine of course. Car idles rough when Ac on and feels like it wants to die. But normal when ac off.
Car runs good and engine is strong. The noise goes away when I start driving 10mph+.

recently did Oil/filter/spark plugs/02 sensors . Temperature sensor and fan switch
