i have a 2005 ford crown vic p71 I took out my old wiper blades and put michelin silicone wiper blades and they keep scratching and making
noise on my windshield my old ones were fine, looks like they are
lose but they are on fine I clean my windshield and wipers and it’s still isnt right it sounds like they
are shaking

Gently twist the arm in a correct direction( like a bow) but don't break the wiper. Your problem is solved

Just to be sure, you removed the plastic guard covering the silicone/rubber, right?
