My 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7L (200,000miles) idles fine but once put into gear stalls out. I have cleaned the throttle body and changed the crankshaft position censor. What could be the issue? Torque converter or fuel pump?

You may have a faulty MAP sensor. Disconnect it and see if you still have the stalling issue.
