2001 Toyota Camry Power door lock problem

I bought a 2001 Toyota Camry 4 cyl with little over 100k miles on it recently. Decent condition. Came with only one key and stock security system remote so went to local locksmith to copy/program it but locksmith was unable to program remote. He showed me power door lock was not 100% and to program remote, lock needed to be locked and unlocked for six times consecutive with key in the ignition. At fourth time, lock gets stucked at 2/3 position.

Power door lock actuator may be the problem but anyone know how much the repair cost?

All four doors locks with remote but can't copy the remote. I need a spare in case I lose the remote or it breaks. Any advises?

Thank you in advance.

remove actuators. Clean and lube them.

If you want to know how much someone will charge to do it for you, then you must ask them. Better yet, ask a few people.
